Title 23, CCR (copy attached and hereby incorporated). <br />OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br />At a minimum, the OPERATOR will conduct gauging weekly according to the following <br />A. Tank liquid level measurements shall be taken at the beginning and ending of a gauging <br />period which shall be at least 36 continuous hours during which no liquid is added to or <br />removed from the tank. Record measurements on gauging log(Exhibit:• <br />B. The underground storage tank shall be secured to prevent inputs or withdrawals during <br />the gauging period.
