v <br />FJONEF;W:101 '.:► <br />The Operator is to notify ARCO Maintenance immediately when the 52G.0011.1 -2.1L <br />confirms a variation which exceeded the standards. <br />ARCO RESPONSIBILITIES <br />A.. A tank integrity test shall be conducted within 72 hours. The local agency may extend <br />this 72 -hour period up to 30 calendar days, if all the contents of the underground tank <br />are safely and properly removed within the 72 -hour period. <br />B. If the results of a tank integrity test conducted under the requirements of CCR, Title <br />23, Chapter 16, Article4, Section 2645, Subsection (c)(3) confirm an unauthorized <br />release, ARCO Maintenance shall comply with the requirements of CCR, Title 23, <br />Article 5 and replace, repair, or close the underground storage tank in accordance <br />with CCR,Article 3, 6, or 7 of Chapter 16. <br />Written records of • • t testing, and maintenance performed shall be maintained <br />on-site or off-site at a readily available location for a period of at least 3 years. These <br />records must be made available, upon request within 36 hours, to the local agency or the <br />Board. <br />
