The two dispensers will be moved to the east side of the store. Vent piping <br /> will be installed on the southeast side of the property. A Healy tank and Incon ISD will be installed for the EVR <br /> phase II upgrade. Five spill containers(OPW 1-2100)will be replaced(three fill and two vapor). The permit <br /> has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the City of Stockton(COS)Bureau of Fire Prevention,the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District, and COS Community Development for applicable permits. <br /> 2. If the alarm history is cleared by a cold start of the monitoring panel,an alarm history printout must be <br /> created before the cold start and available for EHD inspection. <br /> 3. Contact Garrett Backus,REHS at(209)468-2986 for the following inspections. All appointments must be <br /> scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> • Sampling of the soil beneath the piping and UDCs to be removed. <br /> • Piping slope inspection. <br /> • Primary and secondary piping soap test before backfilling the excavation. <br /> • Primary and secondary piping tightness test following manufacturer's instructions. <br /> • UDC hydrostatic test following manufacturer's instructions. <br /> • Verify corrosion protection on the fill risers and spill containers before back filling. <br /> • One hour hydrostatic test(or equivalent)on the spill containers. <br /> • Verify the five gallon capacity and drain valve operation of the spill containers. <br /> • Tank secondary containment test following manufacturer's instructions. <br /> • Functionality test of the liquid sensors installed in the UDCs. <br /> • If the monitoring panel is cold started and the alarm history is erased, every liquid sensor <br /> must be tested. <br /> 4. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual <br /> physically present at the work site,at all times while work is being performed,who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid,current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State <br /> License Board(may be issued to the installation company), and <br /> • A valid,current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council(ICC), and <br /> Pagel of 2 <br />
