Hemmer Ln, Stoddon, CA 95209 SR0073405 <br />The San Joacyrin Comfy Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the application for a permit to perform monitoring system software upgrade that Wit result in a <br />mid start on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The <br />permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />I. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />Dlstfot for any applicable permits and roqutrements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work mwat be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new, addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Fatinah Zareef at (209) 953-7311 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice Is required for inspection appointments). Ptease be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitarig system must he verified to ensure <br />that monitoring has been reslared to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code <br />of Regulations and the Hoath & Safety Gude. A copy of the alarm history shall be <br />prided prior to performing the "cold start of the Veeder Root system and made <br />available at the time of EHD Inspection. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br />Inspection and approval. <br />4.
