Hammer Ln, Stockton, CA 95209 SR0073405 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the application for a permit to perform monitoring system software upgrade that will result in a <br />cold start on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The <br />permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Fatinah Zareef at (209) 953-7311 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure <br />that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code <br />of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall be <br />printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made <br />available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible <br />valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board <br />(may be issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the <br />individual by the State Water Board, and <br />
