Hunter <br />Stockton, CA. 95201 <br />The following monitoring system and response plan will be monitored, recorded <br />and maintained by Jerry Castro, office at 948-1636. <br />Leak Alert will be used and includes: <br />A: A dual channel alarm panel fLa-08, with green led indicators to show power <br />on and systems functioning. <br />B. Liquid detection indicators red led's are on panel front, for visual check <br />of monitoring system probe. <br />C. A red alarm lamp and warning buzzer are on panel front, for person(s) <br />monitoring the system. <br />A daily recording of A.M. and P.M. times, includes the condition of system at <br />that time, regarding the system being in a red alert mode or a green <br />(functioning) mode. <br />The monitoring panel will be located in the office of the station. <br />Authorization for work to be performed as a result of unauthorized release in <br />secondary container will be the responsibility of Jerry Castro at 948-1636. <br />In the event of an unathorized release of materials into the environment, the <br />SJLHD will be notified within 24 hours. <br />A recording of the amount of materials removed from secondary container will <br />be recorded as to where material(s) were taken (location) or put into original <br />primary container of same type material. <br />Cordially, <br />Paul Canepa, Man ger <br />Chevron-Canepa Car Wash <br />
