Facility Background - Work Plan To uncover by excavation UGST tanks and haul off concrete and asphalt. Stockpile excavated top soil in a fenced in area at The South East corner of job location. 642 N. Hunter known as Canepa's Car Wash. Our objective is to uncover the product tanks and the product lines to the dispenser islands. We will provide public safety until the job is complete. 2. Key Personnel The Job foreman is Dan Head. He is in charge of all site work being performed by laborers and equipment operators. Joel Gentles is the company expeditor and site Safety Manager. All laborers report to Dan Head and Dan.Head Reports to Brad Frahm who is the site Safety Officer. The Phone number on site is (209) 948-1636 The Contractors phone number is (209) 948-2152. 3. Job Hazard Analysis There are"no expected health risks at this job site. The route of entry to the site is from the Hunter Street side of the property. 4. Job Hazard Summary Potential risks to anyone on site are stepping into an open trench or tank hole. If any vapors are encountered during exca- vation of soil air purifying respirators (APR) with a set of organic vapor cartridges will be used by the operator and job foreman. 5. Exposure Monitoring Plan An L.E.L. meter, (Lower Explosion Level Meter), will be on site to measure L.E.L. levels and oxygen in the tanks during triple rinsing and inerting of the tanks. No heat stress is expected due to the cool weather. Noise levels will be relatively low due to the use of small equipment on site. Workers are encouraged to use ear plugs in any case. 6. Personnel Protective Equipment Protective clothing on site includes gloves, hard hats, and respirators when needed. If respirators are needed we use half face with (HEPA) Organic Vapor Cartridges.
