7. Site Control <br />The tank hole and piping area of the job site is <br />barricaded and construction site caution tape is <br />the site from the public. Decontamination Measures <br />The tanks will be pumped of all existing product and then triple <br />rinsed. All rinsate will be pumped into clearly marked drums for <br />storage. The <br />trenching safety will include a spotter to watch for any unexp- <br />ected pipes or other foreign material that may be uncovered. <br />No night time work is expected on this job. <br />10. Sanitation <br />There are toilets and sink basins available on site for workers <br />and the public. We always promote clean and safe hygiene pract- <br />ices. <br />11. Standard Operating Procedures <br />There are no confined spaces expected on this job site. All of <br />our equipment has a daily checkup and safety meetings are held <br />by the job foreman every Monday morning. The Safety Manager <br />Joel Gentles is responsible for the L.E.L. meter test equipment <br />to be calibrated and ready for use. <br />12. Emergency Response Plan <br />The emergency number contact list is part of the tank closure <br />plan submitted to S.J.P.H.S. and is with the job foreman at all <br />times. The routes to all emergency facilities is clearly marked <br />on map. <br />A.
