Construction personnel to work in safe and organized manner. <br />H. A certificate of "Hazardous Substances Removal and Remedial <br />Actions Certifications" is on file with S.J.L.H.D. on 5-3-90 <br />I. In the event that chemicals or hazardous materials other than <br />already known to S.J.L.H.D.; Seibold Corporation will notify <br />S.J.L.H.D. immediately and not over 24 hour time span. <br />13. Training Requirements <br />Our key personnel take a forty hour operations training <br />class on health hazard recognition, physical agent training, <br />respritory protection,.safe work practices, first aid and <br />personal hygiene. <br />14. Medical Surveillence Program <br />Not applicable to this job site. <br />15. Recordkeeping <br />It is standard procedure for all personnel to report immedietly <br />any job related injury, exposure to fumes or respritory problems <br />incurred to either the job foreman, safety manager or safety <br />officer. All documentation is kept on file at the main office. <br />
