The 91 Bravo box float and chain in the UDC#1/2 and the diesel Bravo box float and chain in the <br />UDC# 3/4 and 7/8 failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring <br />equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the <br />dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the chains and verified functionality. <br />306. A fuel leak was found at the diesel filter in UDC#3/4. All primary containment must be product tight. <br />Immediately discontinue use of failed piping and have a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br />contractor replace or repair the failed piping under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the failed <br />component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red <br />tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />310. Liquid '/4 inch deep was observed in the 87 tank annular. Liquid 1/8 inch deep was observed in the <br />diesel tank annular. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br />must be removed and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste <br />determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the <br />tank annular space is maintained free of liquid. <br />313. The diesel direct -bury spill container failed when tested.
