We will not be saw cutting
concrete. We will be removing the 91 vapor adapter and capping the riser. Because we are not breaking
concrete that will eliminate the requirement for the secondary containment test on the diesel tank correct?
We are not replacing any flex lines or shear valves so that will eliminate the requirement for a line test. We
will not be disconnecting or moving any sensors. Are we still required to perform a cold start on the
monitoring system? Please advise.
Thank you,
Heather
From: Aris Cacapit [EH] [mailto:acacapit@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Friday, November 04, 20114:32 PM
To: heather@rsse.biz
Cc: Eric Janzen; Edwards, Sandra F
Subject:
Good Afternoon Heather,
Please find the attached Permit Letter.
