• 1-2 Liquid Crystal Display -1 The LCD shows various tank information such as: product level (in inches or cm); temperature (°F or °C); volume (Gal. or Liters, gross and net); last delivery information (gross and net); and internal/ external probe alarm/warning conditions. It is also used to perform User Friendly Fuel Ordering and to view the external probe status (EMS -3000 only). 1-3 Keyswitch The keyswitch is used to select one of the three operating modes of the EMS. The following is a brief description of each: ATG LEAK TEST - This position is used to enable (activate) or disable (de -activate) selected Automatic Tank Gauge probes for a leak check. Once a tank or manifold group of tanks has been enabled or disabled, the keyswitch should be returned to the normal position. NOTE: If the Automatic Leak Test option has been selected, a manual ATG Leak Test cannot be activated. NORMAL - This position is used for normal operation. MAINTENANCE - This position is used to program: tank parameters; alarm thresholds; and auto leak test start/stop times. It is also used to conduct system troubleshooting and corrective maintenance. NOTE: Only authorized service personnel should utilize the maintenance mode of the EMS. Unauthorized service on the EMS may void the warranty. Call Tidel°s Service Department at 1-800-678-7577 if you have questions. N 1-4 Keypad The keypad consists of control keys (grey or red background) and data entry keys (white background). The control keys are used to display information for selected tank(s) or a manifold group of tanks. The - control keys are also used to obtain printed reports. These functions require the entry of additional information using the data entry keys. - I>! 01-11 Uj= 1-5 Printer Several printed reports may be obtained on the 21 -column, dot-matrix impact printer. The printer uses a standard 2-1/4" roll of adding machine paper.
