VERIZON Environmental Affairs (California region) at(800) 331- 8891 is responsible for all maintenance and repairs to the UST monitoring system, UST, piping, and all associated hardware. E. Reporting format: • Daily reports are generated by the TLS-350 integral printer for on-site documentation and record keeping. • A site fax modem with auto-dial for up to 8 phone numbers is installed to fax all alarms and warnings 24 hours a day to VERIZON Environmental Affairs and to an alarm monitoring/maintenance company. • The TLS-350 alarm relay is connected to an alarm panel inside the telephone switch room and to a sense point on the telephone switch. • All alarms are monitored 24-hours a day by VERIZON Customer Care Center. VERIZON Customer Care Center reports all UST alarms to VERIZONEnvironmental Affairs. • VERIZON Environmental Affairs uses a computer with Veeder-Root Remote Control Inventory Management and Environmental Compliance software program for accessing/polling all facilities with Veeder Root TLS-350's; of all inventory, alarms, warnings, in tank leak detection, and sensors leak detection status, performing set up and programming changes, and system diagnostics with all data being stored. F. Preventative maintenance, calibration, certification to manufacturer's specification and repair for the UST monitoring system and associated hardware are performed on a minimum annually. • VERIZON Environmental Affairs directs, manages, and schedules all maintenance and repairs for VERIZON California Inc. UST's, piping, associated hardware, and UST monitoring systems preventative maintenance, calibration, certification and repairs. • Currently VERIZON Environmental Affairs (California region) has an annual contract with SunWest Engineering Contractors Inc., 7303 Somerset Blvd., Paramount, CA 90723, Phone (562) 663-1319 or fax (562) 663-1320 to perform field services.
