It is above ground piping and will be visually inspected once a month. <br />4. I will re fill out page 5 of the application. We will not be breaking out any concrete because these are <br />flex lines and will be removed from the 4" raceway. <br />5. There will not be an analytical lab because no sampling will be required as far as I know. <br />6. We will be hiring an environmental cleaning company that will rinse and certify clean prior to <br />removing and disposing of any material from the site. <br />7.
