According to Exhibit A (Paragraph 8),submitted with this permit application, 7...j there is <br />an existing fuel polisher (filter) that has not been in use for many years. This equipment <br />o: will be removed and the fuel line between it and. the underground fuel tank will be <br />removed." The existing site plan, provided to the Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) by SunWest on 9-22-2010 (attached hereto), illustrates the product line in <br />question leading from the existing fuel polisher to the underground storage tank (UST) <br />sump. According to the email correspondence, received from P.0 Inc on 5-7-2015, P.0 <br />Inc. will be "removing the associated piping with the fuel polisher". Please provide a <br />detailed site drawing illustrating which underground lines will be removed and which will <br />be left in place, also provide a detailed description of how these underground fuel line(s) <br />and any associated sump penetrations will be removed, maintaining the integrity of the <br />existing UST system. <br />2. Please provide cut sheets and the third party approval (engineering specification <br />approved by a -state registered professional engineer) or nationally recognized industry <br />code or engineering standard (Title 23, CCR 2631(d)) for the "new fuel pipe fault" <br />identified on drawing A-2 (Partial Plot Plan -New Work). <br />3. Please clarify what make and model of sump penetrations will be utilized for the supply <br />and return lines inside the proposed "new fuel pipe fault and metal cover", identified on <br />page A-2 of the provided drawings. Provide cut sheets and the third party approval <br />(engineering specification approved by a state registered professional engineer) or <br />nationally recognized industry code or engineering standard (Title 23, CCR 2631(d)) for <br />the proposed penetrations. <br />
