Center Street, Manteca, CA <br />Inspector Manzo: <br />Enclosed are responses to the violations noted in your 8/6/2013 inspection <br />report of the above -referenced facility from contractor Sunwest. Sunwest is <br />used as the monthly designated operator and tank tester at the site. The <br />inspection report is also enclosed.
