Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. Current financial <br />responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. A copy of current financial responsibility <br />documents was provided to the EHD at the time of inspection. CORRECTED ONSITE. <br />302 & 308. The test boots were not pulled back and Schrader valves were not removed in the fill sump <br />and in the transition sump. Any potential release from the primary containment into the secondary <br />containment in the diesel piping does not flow into a collection sump. All secondary containment <br />systems shall be sloped so that all releases will flow to a collection sump located at the low point of the <br />underground piping. During the inspection the technician removed the Schrader valve in the transition <br />sump and pulled back the boot and removed the Schrader valve on the fill sump piping. CORRECTED <br />ONSITE_ <br />Minor -Notice to Comply: (109 and 204): <br />109. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was <br />performed on August 24, 2012 and a test report has not been submitted to the EHD within 30 days of <br />testing. A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
