This information was required to be submitted by April 21st 2016 . <br />Several violations are still outstanding resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives <br />an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting <br />corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response <br />documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br />204 <br />CCR 2712(i) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br />An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br />accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />205 <br />CCR 2712(i) Failure to have an approved UST response plan available onsite. <br />An approved copy of the response plan plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be <br />accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />308 <br />CCR 2636(f) Failed to maintain a continuous monitoring system that activates an audible and visual alarm. <br />Visual alarm on the monitoring panel failed when testing sensors to ensure continuous monitoring of the tank <br />system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of <br />product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The bulbs on the monitoring panel were replaced and retested <br />during the inspection. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />313 <br />HSC 25290.1, 25290.2, 25291 Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product -tight. <br />Dispenser 7/8 had seepage on the 91 product line, indicating a leak in the primary piping. All primary containment <br />for the UST system must be tight.
