All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the <br />flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The sensor float appeared to be stuck, it was cleaned and <br />retested during the inspection. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br />must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed 15 -gallons of liquid from the 87 -octane fill <br />sump, 5 -gallon of liquid from the 91 -fill sump, and 2-3 cups from each of the STP sumps. Ensure that all sumps and <br />annular spaces are maintained free of liquid.
