If yes: which sensors initiate
positive shut -down? (Check all that apply) 0 Sump/Trench Sensors; W Dispenser Containment Sensors.
Did you confirm positive shut -down due to leaks and sensor failure/disconnection? = Yes; ❑ No.
Yes
❑ No*
For tank systems that utilize the monitoring system as the primary tank overfill warning device (i.e. no
N/A
mechanical overfill prevention valve is installed), is the overfill warning alarm visible and audible at the tank
fillpoint(s) and o ratin ro erl ? If so, at what rcent of tank ca aci does the alarm tri er?
❑ Yes*
X11 No
Was any monitoring equipment replaced? If yes, identify specific sensors, probes, or other equipment replaced
and list the manufacturer name and model for all replacement parts in Section E, below.
Yes*
X_ No
Was liquid found inside any secondary containment systems designed as dry systems? Comments: The V er-Root Model 001 Under Dispenser Containment Sensor, was relocated to the bravo
box float area, as the float no longer remains, Per:Eff with the S.J. CO. E.H.D.
The Veeder-Root Model 302 Hydrostatic Annular sensor located in the Unleaded tank interstitial space, only
alarms as a "Trow Liquid" alarm, even when a "High Liquid" alarm is simulated. Stockton Service Station
Maintenance was dispatched to the site to correct.
