EPIC provided UST training to Jonathan Pakele
on October 12, 2010.
Item #24: Annual Monitoring Equipment Certification: I have enclosed a copy of the annual
monitoring certification from September 16, 2009. According to EPIC Compliance Systems,
these test results were mailed to San Joaquin County in 2009.
Item #41: Unburied fuel piping monthly inspection log not kept: The State of California UST
DO Monthly Visual Inspection Checklist does not contain a section for piping.
