During the monthly inspection,1.the <br /> designated operator shall review the alarm history for the previous month, <br /> check that each alarm was documented and responded to appropriately, and <br /> attach a copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in response to any <br /> alarms to the monthly report. Ensure that designated operators performing <br /> monthly inspections at this facility are including all the required information on <br /> the reports. <br /> The designated operators performing the monthly inspections will attach a copy <br /> of the alarm history with their reports Item completed <br /> 210 CCR 2715(e) Designated operator monthly inspection reports not <br /> maintained on site for at least 12 months. <br /> The November 2015 and October 2016 designated operator monthly inspection <br /> reports were not found on site. Designated operator monthly inspection reports <br /> for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site. Ensure that copies of <br /> the previous 12 months of designated operator monthly inspection reports are <br /> maintained on site. This was corrected on site. Item completed <br /> 319 CCR 2635(b) No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to <br /> provide a means to keep it empty. <br /> The diesel spill container contained about a cup of liquid. All USTs shall be <br /> equipped with a spill container that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and <br /> a drain valve that allows drainage of the collected spill into the primary <br /> container or provides a means to keep the container empty. Continue to inspect <br /> the spill container and remove any liquid when present. <br /> This was corrected on site.
