The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. Monitoring plan indicates the monitoring panel model is a tis-350. It was observed that the panel on site is a tis-300. Mr. Mike stated that Pedro Gonzalez no longer deals with the tanks and that he will be learning how to maintain the system. Under personnel responsibilities,the names of person having responsibility is outdated. Update the required information. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes,and submit for review by the EHD.
