OVERFILL PROTECTION SYSTEM <br />MANUAL MONITORING <br />Written Filling Procedure: <br />I. VISUAL MONITORING <br />Prior to delivery of fuels, a visual monitoring of the liquid <br />level of the tank to be filled shall be performed. <br />The station operator shall control the visual monitoring <br />and filling of the tanks. <br />II. AVAILABLE TANK CAPACITY <br />The tank to be filled shall have an available capacity of <br />103% of the load to be dropped into it or the total load <br />plus 200 gallon capacity, whichever is less, as determined <br />by storage tank visual monitoring. <br />III.
