Cotip"no-ly <br />Operator • _ t>oj&-Lb Swim <br />Tank I.D.# <br />The secondary containment system of the underground fuel storage <br />tanks and prod}�ct delivery lines will be continuously monitored by <br />a A -PI RO10- electronic monitor using liquid sensing <br />probes set to immediate response time. This electronic monitoring <br />panel is located 1061DW BUit..D1jG <br />The electronic monitor will be tested daily by station operator. <br />In the case of an alarm gonditionthe station operator will <br />immediately contact C.RO6jaY a buE.R.-mo, 1 n1cc. , an approved <br />D.O.T. hauler, who will rerAo4e any unauthorized releases within the <br />secondary containment system. <br />If response, clean-up, and resumption of normal operation occurs <br />within 8 hours of initial alarm, the incident will be recorded in <br />an on-site log book and no contact will be made with the San <br />Joaquin County of Environmental Health. <br />If the response to the alarm conditions can not be rectified within <br />8 hours, the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health <br />shall be notified at (209) 468-3420. <br />Persons allowed to authorize the aforementioned work are: <br />Station Operator: ©Oj'&'L.> SWIM <br />(209) 3(o6-3?s6_ <br />Station Owner: 5141aLA..
