If the operator of the underground storage tank is <br />not the owner, then the owner shall enter into a written <br />contract with the operator requiring the operator' to <br />monitor the underground storage.tank; maintain appropriate <br />records; implement reporting procedures as required .by the <br />permit; and properly close the underground storage tank as <br />required by the permit. <br />4/86 UGi 6 0 0 <br />
