On-line access to California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) was not provided to the employees during this inspection, and an approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. This is a minor violation. 319 HSC 25291(e) Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre -Jul 2003). About 2 to 3 cups of liquid was observed in the 91 -octane STP and fill sumps. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician remove about 3 cups of liquid from each above-mentioned sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained fre of liquid. This is a Minor violation. This was corrected on site.
