Designated operator is <br />Michael Reimers (ICC expiration date: 9/2/2016). The service technician is David Winkler (ICC expiration date: <br />3/3/2016), who had the following manufacturer's certifications: VMI #2529 exp. 11/10/2015; VR #634975, exp. <br />2/10/2016 <br />Current business owner took over operation of the facility in October2015. Only designated operator monthly <br />inspection reports after the change of ownership were found on site.
