The permit has been approved with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Aaron Hang at (209) 468-3453 to arrange the following inspection appointments (a 48- <br /> hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. Primary piping soap test for the new diesel pipe, and modified 87-product pipe: One hour <br /> pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br /> b. Verify pipe slope at 1/8" per foot, set back, cross overs and burial depth on the new diesel <br /> lines. <br /> c. Secondary piping soap test for the new diesel pipe, and modified 87-product pipe: One hour <br /> pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test <br /> shall be performed using an applicable method specified in an industry code or engineering <br /> standard. <br /> d. Verification of dispenser footprints and visual inspection of pipe inside the impacted <br /> dispensers. <br /> e. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the UDC's and impacted sumps after concrete is <br /> poured. These should include: the new diesel submersible turbine pump sump, diesel fill <br /> sump, dispenser 1/2, 7/8, and 9/10. <br /> f. Secondary containment testing on all piping after concrete is poured. <br /> g. Secondary containment test on the affected UST's after concrete is poured. <br /> h. Primary piping test on all lines (after concrete is poured): Witness tightness test performed <br /> by SWRCB licensed tank tester or receive passing 0.1 gallon per hour test results from the <br /> PLLD.
