Boots were pulled <br />back and cleaned with acid tone and reset. Water was also going into the electrical J - <br />boxes. The electrical conduits were sealed after the new leak detection sensors were <br />installed. Sump held tight. <br />UDC 7-8 No repairs made. <br />UDC 9-10 Electrical lines were open for rewiring of the monitor leak detection. <br />Therefore we were unable to test. We will report to you of the repairs made at inspection <br />time. <br />UDC l 1. satellite Tested fine. No repairs needed. Sump held tight. <br />UDC 11-12 Unable to locate leak, need to remove concrete and expose box to find where <br />water is going. We can think of. 3 possible problems. 1. If the FRP UAC has a crack, we <br />will patch the crack with Ameron UL listed resin. (UL document attached) 2. If the <br />problem is one of the penetrations we will replace it with a UL listed Blue Line <br />penetration. (UL Spee sheet previously submitted). 3. If the problem is either conduit or <br />existing boot clamps we will clean adjust and tighten. <br />
