Contact the fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for applicable permits. <br />2. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site, at all times while <br />work is being performed, who possesses all of the following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by <br />the Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation <br />company), and <br />b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International <br />Code Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />And in addition <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site, at all times while <br />work is being performed, who possesses all of the following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by <br />the Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation <br />company), and <br />b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International <br />Code Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />
