18. Contact Michelle Henry, RENS ay (209) 953-7699 for the following inspections: <br />A. Piping removal and sampling <br />B. Primary piping soap and pressure tests on product line <br />C. Secondary piping soap and pressure tests on product line <br />D. 24 -Hour lake test on sump(s) <br />E. Visual inspection of piping to insure proper slope prior to <br />covering <br />F. Cathodic protection on metal components in direct contact with <br />backfill material if necessary <br />This permit expires 180 days from the approval date.
