EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring <br /> program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division, phone (209) 468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring <br /> procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br /> Required by Sections 2632(d) and 2641(h) CCR. <br /> Facility Name State of Cal iforni_n - Department of Hi ghw y Patrol <br /> Facility Address 3-330 N. Ad Art Road. St, ockton, CA 9521.5 <br /> 1. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be cleaned up? <br /> Note: If released hazardous substances reach the environment, increase the fire or <br /> explosion hazard,are not cleaned up from the secondary containment within 8 hours, <br /> or deteriorate the secondary containment, then San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Division must be notified within 24 hours: <br /> Small/minor spills will be recovered by using absorbent material, and the <br /> contaminated material will be stored in a metal drum until properly <br /> disposed of. Major spills will be handled by Department of Transportation <br /> Caltrans <br /> 2. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and properly <br /> disposing of any hazardous substances: <br /> Moor spills - Absorbent materials with metal storage drum_ <br /> Major spills will be cleaned utilizing Department of Transportation <br /> (Cal-Trans) resources. <br /> 3. Describe the location and availability of the required cleanup equipment in item 2 <br /> above: <br /> Absorbent materials will be stored in a metal drum adjacent to the fuel <br /> pumps and by the Automotive Service office. <br /> 4. Describe the maintenance schedule for the cleanup equipment: <br /> Absorbent material replenished. as used. <br /> Major spill clean up equipment maintained by CalTrans - D.O.T. <br /> 5. List the name(s) and title(s) of the person(s) responsible for authorizing any work <br /> necessary under the response plan: <br /> George E. Johnson, Lieutenant. <br />
