The UST system(s) meet(s) the construction requirements contained in California <br />Health and Safety Code (HSC), Section 25291, subdivision (a), paragraphs (1) to (6), <br />inclusive and subdivisions (b) to (i), inclusive, Section 25290. 1, or Section 25290.2. <br />2. The UST system(s) and components are approved for the storage of petroleum diesel <br />pursuant to T23CCR Section 2631, subdivision (b). <br />3. The UST system(s) and the owner or operator is in compliance with all other <br />applicable requirements contained in HSC Chapter 6.7 and T23CCR. <br />4. The UST system and components are compatible with the biodiesel blend to be stored <br />and are supported by documentation from the underground storage tank <br />manufacturer, a nationally -recognized biodiesel association, or a nationally - <br />recognized research organization with applicable expertise. (Testament of <br />Compatibility to be attached). <br />5. The release detection equipment manufacturer has determined the equipment <br />functions with the biodiesel blend to be stored. (Testament of Leak Detection <br />Functionality to be attached). <br />6. An updated "Operating Permit Application -Tank Information" form has been <br />completed. (Form to be attached). <br />As required by Title 23, California Code of Regulations, Section 2362.11 hereby agree to utilize <br />release detection methods or equipment pursuant to the variance established in 23 CCR <br />y2631.2(n. 1 also agree to store biodiesel meeting ASTM D6751 in no more than a 20 percent <br />blend by volume in the LIST pursuant to the variance established in 23 CCR §2631.2(e). <br />Signature <br />M <br />
