(UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br />bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br />9. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br />b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br />Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced; <br />and <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />10. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval.
