Cherokee Lane #1, Lodi <br />Dear Mr. Cacapit: <br />In response to your inspection report summary of violations dated 7/15/11 (copy <br />attached), the following documents and/or comments are enclosed: <br />1. Item #7. Work Order and Invoice #11-0045 for work performed on 8/5/10 <br />are attached. The L3 87 sump sensor alarm appears to be related to <br />electrical work conducted in that sump. As noted on the WO and Invoice, <br />upon arrival there was no alarm on the TLS. <br />2. Item #13. Corrected on site. <br />3. Item #17. Corrected on site. <br />4. Item #18. The 87 spill container was replaced and tested on 7/22/11. <br />Results are attached. Invoice showing permit was obtained is also <br />attached. <br />5. Item #21. Corrected on site. Belshire Environmental Services notified to <br />pick up, transport, and dispose of the site's collected HW. <br />6. Item #23c. The Designated Operator has again been cautioned to complete <br />each monthly inspection and accurately record observations as well as <br />document all alarms. <br />7. Return to Compliance Certification is also attached. <br />
