Michelle Henry [EH]
From: Chelsea Covington Maass [Chelsea.CovingtonMaass@brrarch.com]
Sent: Friday, October 28, 2011 8:42 AM
To: Michelle Henry [EH]
Cc: Malcolm McFarland (malcolm.mcfarland@deacon.com); Andrew Maass
Subject: 2025 Tracy, CA - Walmart - 3010 West Grant Line Road
Hi Michelle,
It is my understanding that you requested the calculations of the containment area with the new
curb height incorporated into the equation for our project at the Walmart in Tracy, CA. Please
verify that the following information satisfies your request and completes our permitting process
with your department in regard to this project.
Per our engineer, this is the revised calculation in similar form to what we sent before:
The pit is 509 square feet. The capacity of all the tanks in the pit is 1700 gallons, which
is equivalent to 228 cubic feet. The 1700 gallons (228 cubic feet) of oil will fill the pit to
a depth of 5-1/2". The epoxy is now installed to 10" deep. This is compliant.
Thank you,
Chelsea Covington Maass
BRR Architecture, Inc.
3 Rector Street, Suite 1
Philadelphia, PA 19127
direct: 215-606-3721
main: 215-606-3440
www.brrarch.com
kansas city I bentonville I phoenix I san francisco I philadelphia I atlanta I miami
BRR ARCHITECTURE CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE:
This communication represents the originator's personal views and opinions, which do not necessarily reflect those of BRR
Architecture.
This message and any attachments may be confidential or privileged and are intended only for the individual or entity identified
above as the addressee.
