The document
labeled "SOP waste oil alarm" refers to the alarm that is installed on the 25 gallon reservoir. I believe
you will need a specific document for the Pneumercator. If this waste oil alarm document meets your
criteria we will draft a similar document for the Pneumercator if required.
The architects responded to our previous questions.
7. In regards to item 7 to prevent overfilling they have responded saying that the spill boxes are
monitored by the Pneumercator and an audible and visual alarm will trigger at 90%. The monitor can
be seen and heard from the filling spillbox. Is this acceptable?
4. Resolved.
12. The pit is 509 square feet. The 900 gallons of bulk oil will fill the pit to a depth of 2-7/8". The
epoxy and sump pump curb are 4" deep.
8/9/2011
