win their loyalty as a customer by providing competitively -priced, high-quality goods and <br />services. <br />CFJ would like both your written agreement to the foregoing contractual provision and <br />your acknowledgment that you understand the policy on gifts and gratuities and will <br />comply therewith. If the foregoing is agreeable to you, please sign a copy of this letter <br />and return it to the undersigned at your earliest convenience. If you object to <br />incorporation of the foregoing contractual provision in present or future oral or <br />written agreements between you and CFJ, you should notify the undersigned of <br />your objection in writing within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter. Except <br />as otherwise noted above, if you fail to object within ten (10) days of this contract <br />proposal to inclusion of the contractual provision in existing and future agreements <br />between us, then, pursuant to the uniform commercial code provisions pertaining to <br />the agreements between merchants, the proposed contractual provision shall <br />become part of all existing and all future contracts, both oral and written, between <br />your firm and CFJ. <br />Nothing contained in this letter shall be deemed to create an agreement where none exists <br />or to extend any agreement that is terminable at the will of either party at any time to an <br />agreement for any certain term. CFJ makes no promise of continued association by this <br />letter. <br />Please return a signed copy of this agreement to Jerry Woll, Accounts Payable Manager, <br />P.O.
