Secondary containment shall be constructed to <br /> prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. Immediately remove this <br /> liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations,and manage accordingly. <br /> Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to address the liquid intrusion into the <br /> biodiesel shed transition sump under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 318 CCR 2636(f)(2) Leak detector failed to detect a 3.0 gph leak at 10 psi. <br /> The 87 grade FE Petro line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable <br /> of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The leak detector was replaced and retested during the inspection. A <br /> "UST Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite"form has been completed and provided to the operator and <br /> contractor. <br /> This was corrected onsite. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection was conducted at this facility on May 3rd,2017, and a checklist was provided on that date. This <br /> complete report replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 6/25/17. <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer(if <br /> applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
