Jack Tone Road
-- _— - Ripon, CA 95366
JOB DETAILS -Need to call Frank Phillips after assessing the issue and before you leave the site 865-314-5671.
Add on dispenser 19 door lock.
Diesel on the truck side is going into slow flow multiple times a day. The store can get everyone to stop fueling and
let the line pressurize and leak detector will reset and continue to dispense full flow. po# 17169091-6040902.
12/05 - Arrived onsite and checked in. Found all diesel running with no slow flow. Inspected all handle switches,
nozzles and valves for any not holding closed. Troubleshooting of wiring in electrical room was extensive. Nothing
was labeled so it was lengthy in time identifying correct wires. Found a broken wire in the Tank 1 STP relay as well
as other loose/not secure wiring. Repaired all wiring in question and all okay at departure.
12/07 - Arrived onsite and checked in. Repaired lock on dispenser #19. Site still has slow flow (21-30) sometimes.
Had to shut down truck diesel. Verified all pump handles were working and checked all voltages in/out. Verified
correct motors were turning on. Performed leak detector test. Found T2 leak detector questionable, replaced and
did another test. All tested okay.
12/08 - Arrived onsite, checked in at kiosk but PO was not found. Checked in with manager. Found bad check valve
on T3. Effecting slow flow while T2 runs, or when T3 stars after 5 minutes idle. T2 packer o -ring bad. Not building
enough pressure. Should rebuild both big flow red jacket 5hp 3ph turbines completely. New check valves and all
new o -rings. Changed STP -SC III's to run at same time temporarily until repairs are made. Checked dispenser #19
main and dispenser #20 main. Will need to further troubleshoot on return trip. Checked out with manager.
12/13 -- Onsite and checked in. Installed parts that were shipped to site for dispensers #19 and #20. Installed parts
in dispenser #19, problem still remains. Will need to return to further troubleshoot issue with dispensers #19 and
#20. Will have to isolate #19 and #20 and take apart valves to troubleshoot. Pump #19 also had a broken nozzle
spout. Replaced nozzle with new. Left original parts onsite in box, had employee save for returned trip.
12/14 - Arrived onsite and checked in at kiosk. Performed troubleshooting on dispensers #19 main and #20 main.
After power supply replacement STP signal out to isolation relay box now has good voltage. Still not turning on T1
STP from isolation relay. Both dispensers #19 and #20 work perfect if RV Island handle hook is active with turbine
on. Checked relays and they are good. There might be a short to ground causing further issues on dispensers #19
main and #20 main. Will need to return with two technicians in order to trace out and ohm wires to find issue.
Voltage from Veeder Root keeping contractor on and should just be caused by Vac test pending for T1. Checked out
with manager at kiosk. Found during troubleshooting that wiring must have been changed and will need to go back
to normal configuration. Do not believe that wiring was correct when first started troubleshooting and whomever
altered it, would need to put it back so there is not a re -trace on every wire. Once wiring is put back to normal
configuration everything on T1 should work. The only problem with dispensers #19 main and #20 main is they are
not turning on T1 with proper voltage coming out of dispensers. Tried to hook up isolation relay wiring how I thought
it was in the past and blew power supply STP relay on STP1 dispenser #19 main. Whatever was changed prior is
causing this to cross phase and it should not if hooked up properly. Also wondering if any settings or wiring was
changed in Veeder Root for pump sense module.
12/15 -- Arrived onsite and checked in at kiosk. Met with electricians and went over issues. Found mag starter for T1
continuously engaged. Determined cause to be bad output relay module in Bio Veeder Root. Contacts appear to be
tacked together. RV dispensers and dispensers #19 and #20 are supposed to be connected to a pump sense
module in the Bio Veeder Root to run the vac sensors. Handle switch wires coming off of the isolation relays for RV
dispensers had been jumpered to the mag coil instead of the pump sense module. This may have caused a cross
phase, damaging the output relay. Traced out wiring as needed to verify/correct all related handle signals went to
pump sense module, that they ran through isolation relays and that they were phase matched.
