Jack Tone Road
Ripon, CA 95366
JOB DETAILS — JAMES CALL ME-
-Pilot shipped/supplied the Controller and turbine. Parts shipped to the site-
1/17/2018—ADD-ON/
ite-
1/17/201&-ADD-ON/ Tank 2 leaks again at the joint for the fuel drop. They need to take apart and put plenty of pipe
dope on it like they did for tank 3. Lead fuel driver complained to me today about it. RECALL- All truck diesel is
intermittently going into slow flow. Need tech out to inspect and repair. P0#1 83635-6040902.
01/04 Arrived onsite checked in at kiosk. Checked in with manager. Performed troubleshooting on D21 -D30 slow
flow. Site says they have been having less slow flows since previous work was done. Checked the handle hooks
again, all 2 stage valves again, took pressure readings and isolated T3 turbine to run only off T2. Experienced 2
slow flows while on site. Amps on power leads to T2 turbine are low. STP -SCI II Controller still flashing alarm code
13. Unbalanced load in. Checked all breakers on sub panel and all barely within tolerance with low voltage output.
This was already looked at by PG&E & site was told everything is normal. T2 turbine still working but not able to
quite meet demand. With low voltage coming in it brings to question what is making T2 turbine underperform at
times, but according to Franklin Fueling controller is still within tolerances. Changed T2 master to slave, & T3 to
master & recalibrated controllers. Turbine still ohms out properly. I would recommend replacement of STP-SCIII
Controller & T2 Turbine to resolve issues. Turbine Is old style Red Jacket Big Flow 5hp turbine. STP-SCIII for T2
may be dropping out at times & not able to controll turbine speed. Checked out with manager at kiosk.
01/16 Installed new FE Petro STP smart controller for T2. Reprogrammed and calibrated for master slave
configuration. FE Petro error code cleared all dispensers working correctly in service. FE Petro smart controller
provided by pilot.
01/18 Arrived onsite shut down Diesel to replace diesel turbine for diesel tank #2. Installed motor provided by pilot.
Diesel up working correctly. Will have site monitor for any slow flow issues.
01/22 Arrived onsite, checked in at kiosk. Checked in with manager. Performed troubleshooting on T2 & T3 slow
flow issues. Found T2 turbine lost sync with STP -SC III controller and not coming on properly. Corrected issue and
T2 operating normally noChanged out both MLLD's 99-LD2000 on T2 & T3 with New 99-LD2000E MLLD's,l
Tested both to calibrate and working properly. Tested from leak detector back to turbine to verify check valved
operation and T2 holding at 17psi and T3 is holding at 15psi. Monitored fueling at Island and all working properly.
Checked out with manager at kiosk.
01/24 Arrived onsite and checked in at kiosk. Checked in with manager. Let him know the Diesel Island D21 - D30
would be down approximately 3 hours. Performed troubleshooting on T2 and T3. Checked Ohm's, Amps, handle
hooks, leaking 2 stage valves, STP -SC III controller and performed non -precision line test from turbine ball valves in
T2 and T3 to the end of the lines. When checking 2 stage valves, 4 different dispensing points were leaking past
valve slightly but not continually flowing and not building back pressure rapidly. Changed controller T2 to Master and
T3 to Slave non -alternating. Supply voltage still low from breaker panel to anything connected to it. Still within STP -
SC III parameters. While still on site I was told D22 went into slow flow with no others dispensing, but no major
abnormalities in Amps on turbine power wiring at the same moment. Will need to escalate issues with Red Jacket
and Franklin Fueling support for a solution. Diesel Island D21 -D30 was down from 4:30pm-7:45pm. Checked out
with manager at kiosk.
01/25 Arrived onsite and checked in at kiosk. Checked in with manager. Checked on logged slow flows at site,
removed T2 and T3 Bio line and Diesel line screens. Cleaned out debris and reinstalled properly. No leaks.
Returned keys, checked out with manager at kiosk.
https://admin.servicefusion.com/printJobW ithoutRates?jobld=mDAy7—FOo5NJDGgjKeHmZJm—GWdxzi2pn DQ-CKOP—c 1/4
