5/8/2018 0 Work Order #9607524
01/30 Arrived onsite and checked in at kiosk, checked in with manager. Checked supply voltage at turbines and all
above 108volts per leg and 199volts or better per 2 legs. On STP -SC III controllers for T2 and T3 voltage coming in
and going out is at 108volts per leg & 202volts per two legs. Amps staying consistent on all at around 10.9amps.
Also when amps are going up from supply demand Slave controller is coming on properly. Site is running smoothly
today. Checked pressures on line & monitored & not going below 20psi today. Site let me know upon checkout 2
slow flows had just happened back to back on D25 after i just stopped monitoring it while completing work order.
Checked D25 & not much fuel pressure pushing by 2 stage valves on master & kiosk. May have intermittent handle
hook problem but site will need to monitor further as troubleshooting is showing no problems. After further
discussion with the site D25 had a slow -flow as the rest of the people fueling on D21 -D30 line we're not affected by
this site said slow flow. This would be a meter or pulsar locking up a dispenser on the POS & NOT the same as a
product line slow flow we are troubleshooting on T2 & T3. This issue does not have the capability of discriminating
between fueling points. It would only affect all of them or none of them. Checked out with manager at kiosk.
02/01 Arrived onsite and checked into Kiosk. Met with Mike Wenzl, Isaac Garcia and James Blaine. We monitored
line pressure on D21-30 for 4 hours while inspecting line equipment and dispensers for leaks or valve/interlock
issues. All checked out but T2 check valve was not holding well. Pulled T2 turbine and replaced old check valve
with new one. Also cleaned expansion relief valve. Tested after repairs. Check pressure holding at 30psi. Will return
in morning to follow up.
02/02 Arrived onsite and checked into kiosk. Checked the issues report log and found no issues since yesterday
morning. Monitored line pressures for a while all looks real good. We encountered an event just as we were
checking out. Site reported a percieved slowflow on 6 dispensers at the same time. We were monitoring pressure
just before and no pressure issues. They did have a drive off on #30 at the same time of the issue report and we
repaired a broken breakaway supplied by site and tested/inspected for any leaks or damage. OK. Monitored
pressure and operation after drive off repairs and no more issues. Line pressure has been consistent and no
thermal contraction so far.
Note: Left 2 remaining turbine check valves onsite(In Bio -Shed).
Call being completed on PO#1831262-6040902
Description
https://admin.servicefusion.com/pdntJobWithoutRates?jobld=mDAy7--FOo5NJDGgjKeHmZJm_GWdxzi2pnDQ-CKOP_c 2/4
