A permit to operate the UST system has not been issued. No person may own or operate an UST unless a permit for its operation has been issued by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST system. Immediately obtain a permit to operate a UST system from the EHD. An "Operating without a Permit' penalty applies. This is a Class I violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. For the tank TA0506797, the monitoring plan indicates a 323 leak sensor but it was observed as 208. In all the tanks, in the monitoring plan section labeled Record keeping, Tank integrity testing results was marked yes, but no results were found on site, and visual inspection records was marked no in which records are observed on site, The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation.
