Log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), update and submit the "UST <br /> Monitoring Plan" for all impacted UST tanks for approval. <br /> 9. Log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), complete and submit a "UST <br /> Certification of Installation/Modification" form for the piping and sumps within 30 days. <br /> 10. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 11. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
