Secondary containment testing for the impacted sumps is required six months after installation. <br /> Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br /> 5. In addition, the following information must be submitted within 30 days after the UDCs and <br /> associated piping removal date: <br /> a. Analytical results: only results that come directly from a third party California certified <br /> laboratory with affixed chain of custody will be accepted by EHD. <br /> b. Hazardous Waste Manifest for rinsate and residual product. <br /> 6. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be issued <br /> to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State <br /> Water Board, and <br /> b. Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid, current California UST Service Technician <br /> certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> c. Possesses a valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br /> 7. Individuals installing underground storage tank system components must possess or work <br /> under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site <br /> who possesses all of the following: <br /> a. A valid, current contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board, and <br /> b. A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council (ICC), and <br /> c.
