Diesel fuel leak was found at the Diesel STP sump. Per technician, he removed approximately 2 <br />cups of fuel with absorbent pads. Technician used a clean white absorbent pad to wipe along the <br />opening of secondary fiberglass piping, primary fiberglass piping, flex piping, turbine and ATG risers, <br />sump wall, manway & bolts and found no areas of possible seepage. All primary containment must be <br />impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance contained. Correct by monitoring the diesel STP <br />sump for areas of possible seepage on a regular basis. Have a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br />contractor replace or repair the failed piping under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />No further action or follow-up is needed.
