Hello Ed, As Garrett was reviewing the inspection reports regarding the diesel spill that was observed on 1/24/2019 he said that a violation should have been written for failure to minimize a release. I've attached an in office report and a return to compliance certification document. Please review the report and if you have any questions please let me know. The only thing I need to resolve the violation is a written response of how the violation was corrected,the return to compliance certification filled out and any supporting documentation you may have.
