Specialist (209)507-1432 <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> The following non-inspection related violations listed below from the California Health and Safety Code(HSC), California <br /> Code of Regulations(CCR)and/or the Code of Federal Regulations(CFR)were found. <br /> #301 CCR 66265.31 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste <br /> OBSERVATIONS:On 1/24/2019, Cesar Ruvalcaba, REHS, and Nicholas Loehrer, Hazardous Materials Specialist <br /> observed a small leak from the dispenser pipe/hose of a 12,000 gallon diesel tank. Facilities shall be maintained and <br /> operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which <br /> could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately fix the leak and manage the waste according to Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations.
