(Stantec) has prepared this report in accordance with the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB-CVR) Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program (MRP) No. R5-2012-0805 (Appendix A) for the L&M Operable Unit (OU) <br /> located adjacent to and along the eastern boundary of the Delta View Apartments (802 West <br /> Weber Avenue) and west of the North Lincoln Street and West Weber Avenue cross road in San <br /> Joaquin County, California (the "Site"; Figure 1). This report presents a discussion of the Site <br /> background, groundwater elevations and analytical results, a summary of remedial activities <br /> and soil vapor well sampling results for the first quarter of 2016 (1Q16), and a summary of the <br /> trends of petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in groundwater. This 1Q16 quarterly <br /> groundwater monitoring report describes activities conducted on behalf of CEMC and P66 for <br /> the Site. <br /> A Site plan is included as Figure 1. Soil boring and well construction details can be found in <br /> Table 1. Groundwater elevation contour maps and groundwater monitoring and analytical <br /> data collected during 1Q16 are summarized in Table 2 and Table 3 and presented on Figures 2 <br /> through 29. Groundwater gradient and flow direction data are summarized in Table 4 and 5. <br /> Current and historical soil gas analytical data is summarized in Table 6 and Table 7, respectively <br /> • and presented on Figure 30.
